The County Executive discussed the various aspects of the Budget, highlighting the various spending programs, education spending, slots, etc. Mr. Leopold answered questions from the delegation – the primary concern of the delegation was the poor conditions of the school physical plant and the lack of inclusion of Severna Park School system related project – specifically SPHS – in the Capital Improvement Projects aspect of the budget.
