How to navigate this place.

To get around this site you will need the menu, which is located on the left side of each page. There are two icons/text links at the bottom of most pages. One will take you to the top of the site while the other will take you to this help/about screen.

The menu is composed of several top level buttons. Each button opens a menu of documents or sub-menus. Each menu has a selection for HOME and HELP

The letters are too small or are too large.

This site is built on a Pentium II at 1024x768, 16 bit color on a 17 inch monitor. The site is tested on this system at 1024x768, 800x600 and 640x480 at 16 bit and 256 color. Both Internet Explorer 5.x and Netscape 4.6 are used to test. HTML 4.x and CSS 2 Style Sheets are used, and Java Applets and Javascript are also used. I have tried to insure this site will work with Java, Javascript and/or Style Sheets turned off or not used. Oh yea, the OS is Windows 98.
